What do a fox, a lamb and chickens have in common?
I am one happy bunny! My Foxy Lady purse made the cover of Simply Knitting magazine this month 🙂
Foxy Lady is a quick fun make, worked in Drops, Alpaca not only is it mega cute but it won’t break the bank.
Of course with Easter just around the corner you just knew that the fox wouldn’t be the only cute creature I had featured in this issue….
Looking for an Easter gift for a lamb lover and I am not talking about the Sunday roast, mint sauce variety. But those cute spring lambs, just for you I have designed a fun key ring. If you like knitting bobbles you are going to love this! Bobbles knitted in Rowan, Purelife Boucle, it was just crying out to become a sheep.

Foxy Lady is so sweet! I love anything fox related which is quite apt as both my borough council and county council – Leicestershire – use a fox in their logos (to do with strong traditions of fox hunting unfortunately!) My husband even designed the county council ‘dog on a log’ logo as it’s known!
That’s a claim to fame, I must check out the dog in the log 🙂 I am loving your Friday Free Pattern.
If you look up the Leicestershire County Council website you’ll see it! My other claim to fame is he also designed the Leicester Tigers Rugby team logo when he worked for a design agency many moons ago. Thank you for loving my pattern, it’s really very simple. I’m going to go away and blush now! X

hi. i saw this Foxy Lady pattern posted on ravelry and am pretty interested in trying it out. i don’t understand… is the pattern only available in this magazine? and if so, does anyone have advice on how to find backlogged editions?
